Shipping

Most shipments will be carried out through New Zealand Post and Courier post. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order depending on which country you live in. If ordering outside of New Zealand, additional delivery charges may apply, if this is the case you will be advised at the shipping page.

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders placed with in New Zealand will be dispatched the next working day .International Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavor to get it to you quicker if possible.

We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will do our utmost to investigate any of the above unfortunate events.

Free Delivery applies to all Gorgeous straightening Irons with in New Zealand only, any other products ordered in the same transaction will qualify for free delivery. Average delivery time with in newzealand is 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

For Gorgeous products under $100 you will be charged $10 per order
